Quadruped Leg Raise

Start on your hands and knees.

Step : 1

Raise one arm and the opposite leg straight out while tightening your core. Hold the position for 5 seconds

Step : 2

Then lower your arm and leg back to the starting position.

Step : 3

Repeat the move with the opposite arm and leg.

Step : 4
